Leave a testimonial via Typeform link in the month of February to enter for a chance to win Vyne Dental’s “Sweet Treat” raffle. The winner will receive a sweet treat of their choice (up to $50) to be delivered to their office.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Must be a staff member or dentist of the office/practice submitting the review. Must be 18 years of age and be a legal resident of the U.S. or its territories.
Raffle Entry Period: Opens 12:01 am EST on February 9, 2023, and closes at midnight on February 28, 2023.
Winner draw date: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing of eligible entries within five (5) business days of February 28, 2023.
Winner will be notified by phone or email to the office information in our database. Delivery will be arranged between the winning office and Vyne Dental. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
