As one of the largest American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) chapters in the country, the Austin, TX chapter started as a local study club in 2009 before transitioning to an official chapter in 2015. Vowing to create local opportunities for fellowship and professional advancement through education for dental management teams, the chapter’s vision focuses on excellence and being a helping hand to local members and non-members in the Austin community.

Vyne Dental is excited to sponsor Austin’s next chapter meeting on April 28 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., featuring Richard Garofolo’s 20+ years’ of experience managing, marketing, and growing dental practices. Richard, President and CEO of The Practice Mechanic, will delve into how billing and coding can maximize patient benefits and practice bottom lines. Austin’s AADOM chapter board member, Mary Hesch, FAADOM, hopes attendees leave the meeting with a “better understanding of insurance coding, fewer rejected claims, [and knowledge on] compliance with insurance requirements.”
