Accelerate Revved Up Vyne Dental Customers and Stakeholders

Thank you to the more than 150 dental professionals who attended this year’s Accelerate Dental Revenue Workshop, May 9-10 in Indianapolis! We didn’t pause after starting our engines, powering through a busy, informative time, and across the finish line to help attendees take their practices to the next level. It’s gratifying to experience the camaraderie and collaboration that helps our customers optimize financial performance, accelerate revenue, and embrace the next generation of dental billing.

We were honored to have incredible presenters–including Teresa Duncan, Rick Garofolo, DeVon Banks, Ashley Bond, and Colleen Huff–who shared valuable insights and led lively discussions. Regardless of the size of the dental practice, our speakers brought extensive knowledge and experience in the dental industry to help empower dental office teams to increase and protect revenue streams and increase financial performance. 

Attendees soaked up the insights and posted on social media about the quality of the speakers and how the workshop made them feel re-energized:

A key topic of discussion was simplifying the patient payment process with Vyne Trellis Payments, which offers patients a seamless experience via text, email, or at the point of care. The workshop helped customers put their plans in place to leverage the solution, meeting patients where they are not only to accelerate payments, but to make the experience easier and more convenient for patients. 

Another important topic was Vyne Dental’s response to the Change Healthcare cyber attack, which helped ensure dental practices nationwide could continue delivering their best care, even in the face of this unprecedented financial challenge. Understanding that some customers experienced support delays as we brought so many new customers on board, we talked through the steps Vyne Dental has taken to deliver the superior customer experience our customers expect. Three important actions have been taken for our customers: 

  1. Scaled our workforce by adding permanent and temporary staff to help new and existing customers with onboarding and support.
  2. Enhanced call management to more accurately route customers to the proper support team in order to facilitate faster, more efficient resolution for all customers.
  3. Expanded digital resources available to all customers that empower process optimization and revenue growth initiatives within their practices.

Overall, the Accelerate Dental Revenue Workshop continues its commitment to helping our customers optimize their use of our solutions and transform their billing and payment processing functions.
