Let me start with some history with me and NEA. I worked for a dentist in Columbia, TN ( Beck Dental Care) for 16 years from 1989 until 2005. While working there the company NEA was created, and Dr. Victor Beck was asked to participate in their pilot program and test the system. I was in charge of the installation and management of the NEA system at that office. When it first started, NEA provided us with a little scanner box that I had to place the x-ray film (yes ancient film, not digital) on the scanner box and scan the x-rays into the NEA system. I helped develop the program and find the bugs that needed to be worked out. It was very exciting to be part of the state of the art technology!!

I love Vyne Dental because it saves time and money. Postage and ink is expensive and unreliable. When I send attachments via Vyne Dental, I know that they see what I see and that it should get to them immediately, not take weeks to process through the mail and possibly get lost along the way. I wish every insurance company accepted Vyne Dental, and we find that majority do. I have very few insurance claims going out by mail and find that I can get paid a lot faster because of it. Sometimes I have to call insurance companies about claims that had difficulty getting paid. I am able to recall the information that was sent in our past attachments, talk them through everything that is already attached, and then, if necessary, open a new attachment and send that while I’m talking to them. Then, I just give them the new Vyne Dental # for the info I just sent and they can usually pull it up immediately. Getting these difficult claims addressed immediately saves me from spending more time following up with them later.
