Five winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries within 48 hours following the end of the launch event and will be notified via the registration email contact information provided during registration. Each winner will be emailed a promotion code and contacted within three business days by a Vyne Dental representative to assist with registration and activation for their six-month promotional term. Dental office details, valid payment information, and acceptance of Vyne Dental Terms of Use is required for activation. The six-months promotional term will commence on the date of account activation. Offer expires one month from delivery of the promotional code.
