New regulations around text messages
In an effort to improve visibility and communication, The Campaign Registry amended procedures to meet 10DLC guidelines. This update aims to reduce spam and/or unwanted text messages. To act in accordance with these changes, text messages sent should be clear in their messaging and the sending office info on file must match what the federal government uses to identify the business.
To ensure there are no complications with the delivery of your text messages moving forward, you must register and update your business information here before Thursday, August 31, 2023. If you fail to register by Thursday, August 31, 2023, the Campaign Registry and mobile carriers will label your text messages sent as spam and block them from patient access.
