Getting Started with Online Scheduling
STEP 1
Submit your Legal Business Information
Failure to submit your Legal Business Information will result in limited functionality of Vyne Trellis® features.
Important: This step must be completed before training or onboarding can begin. This information is typically found on an EIN (CP575) or 147c Tax Form.
What happens if I don't update my Legal Business Information?
If you fail to include the required information, text messages will be marked as spam and blocked from reaching patients.
STEP 2
Connect Vyne Sync to Your Practice Management System*
By connecting Vyne Sync, patient data will automatically flow into Vyne Trellis, eliminating manual entry.
Note: Vyne Sync is required to be installed on your practice server

STEP 3
Set availability of Operatories and Providers
Customize available days and times for procedures, operatories, and providers.
STEP 4
Set your Cancel/Reschedule settings
Control what appointments patients can reschedule or cancel.
STEP 5
Add Online Scheduling widget to your Website
View and manage the webcodes that allow our Online Scheduling widget to appear on your practice website.
