Patient Messaging

Start a Conversation with a Patient

1. Type the patient’s name in the search box

2. Select the appropriate patient from the results

3. Enter the Subject.

4. Enter the message or select from the quick message options.

5. Click ‘Send’.

Note: SMS is the default if a phone number is on file for the patient. If none is available it will change to email automatically.

View Patient Conversation

1. Select the appropriate conversation from the list of open chats.

Clear Patient Conversation

1. Click on the clear can icon directly at the lower right of the chat.
