A recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Association of Dental Office Management, she understands the importance of continuing education.
She has been named one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry by Dental Products Report Magazine and is recognized annually as a Leader in Consulting by Dentistry Today. She provided consulting assistance in the development of the American Dental Association’s Guidelines for Practice Success. Her podcasts “Nobody Told Me That!” and “Chew on This!” provide regular coding and management updates. Teresa received her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Marymount University.

DeVon Banks is CEO of D-TECH Billing and Claims, a successful billing and claims company based in Maryland that has worked with hundreds of dental offices across the country since 1998. DeVon is an industry expert in insurance, revenue cycle management, and Dentrix. She leads a robust team of billing professionals and together, they have served hundreds of dental offices all over the country. DeVon is active in the nonprofit sector as well. She acts as a board member for Special Care Special Needs and Chairwoman of the Board for People for Change Coalition. Her passions include dancing, kickball and travel.

Ashley Bond, owner of Bond Dental Billing found a passion for dental billing in 2010. While leading a practice as office manager, she discovered a need for dental training and billing. Amanda is the CEO and founder of Essential Dental Services, a dental billing and outsourcing company. Her career in dentistry spans near two decades, with a strong background in practice management and clinical dentistry. She is the Vice President of the Boston Chapter of AADOM and maintains a Fellowship designation with the organization. Amanda also is a certified dental coder by the ADA, dental content writer for various publications, and sits on advisory boards for local Dental Assisting programs.
