He is the author of Driving Your Business, produces Drive Live (a daily podcast on dental business topics), and runs the Dental Billing, Coding and Insurance Academy Facebook group.

Her dental career began as a customer service representative for Metlife Dental, then she spent 21 years as a Practice Administrator to multi-location practices. Colleen began working as a full-time consultant and speaker in 2021, and is a published author in numerous dental trade publications.
In 2018 Colleen began working with Front Office Rocks as their Insurance Guru and now has an Insurance Mastery online course. She is very proud to have been named one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry by Dental Products Report.
